Name: Taaka'Skiri
Aliases: Takky, Captain Softshoes, The White Wolf
Background: Taaka'Skiri, born to the Pawnee in 1850, served as a scout for the Americans during the Indian war of 1864 before heading to West Point after that war's conclusion. He studied asymmetric warfare and combat engineering, his unspoken goal to prepare for revenge against the Sioux for their retaliation against the Pawnee that had helped the Americans. He spent his commission from 1869-1874 leading small parties hunting down Sioux warriors. In 1874, he left the U.S. Army when the Americans sold off a hundred thousand acres of Pawnee land, "for their benefit", following the devastation of their crops by a locust swarm.
Description: Of slightly less than average height, with brown skin and black hair; often astride his horse. Wears traditional Indian scout garb mixed with U.S. Army-issued weapons. Speaks Pawnee, Sioux and English (with a mix of West and New England accents due to his background). The demeanor and reputation he carries from his Army years, known to both friend and foe, is as a warrior: smart, capable, relentless, and without mercy.
Motivation: Currently disillusioned, carrying out solo revenge work, but looking for something meaningful to do.
